With regular use, Series 300 or pink 4Life poles are made to last. The only part you will need to replace are the worn out rubber boot-tips used for walking on hard surfaces. The package includes your poles, online video lessons, and meetings with Penny to get you ready for your own walking adventures on pavement, grass, dirt, and snow (up and down hills too!).

Walking with Activator Poles
Lesson Package: $154 Poles: $114.95
Activator Poles are designed for those with limited mobility due to rehab., chronic disease, or a neurological condition, like Parkinson's Disease. The locking mechanism helps to support body weight, while the wide bell tips and ergonomic Core Grip handles provide stability.
Paired with the Activator Walking Technique, those with limited mobility can get similar benefits to fitness walking with Series 300 Poles (exercise the whole body, improved posture, joint mobility, and more). In time, the bell tips can be replaced with the rubber boot-tip for traditional fitness walking if desired.
